Naughty Boy® MGUltra4® combines four forms of magnesium in one capsule formula: magnesium bisglycinate (bound to glycine), magnesium taurate (bound to taurine), magnesium malate (bound to malic acid) and magnesium citrate.

Per 2 capsules: MGUltra4® 950 mg – magnesium bisglycinate 250 mg, magnesium taurate 250 mg, magnesium malate 250 mg, magnesium citrate 200 mg – providing magnesium 117 mg (31% NRV).
Ingredients: MGUltra4® (magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium taurate, magnesium malate, magnesium citrate), hypromellose (vegetable capsule), magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
Allergens: none. Produced in a facility that also handles nuts, milk, gluten, egg, soya, shellfish and peanuts.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
