Description

Nature's Answer Gentle Iron is a liquid iron supplement providing 18 mg of iron as ferrous bisglycinate chelate – a form bound to the amino acid glycine that is gentle on the stomach – in a naturally mixed-berry-flavoured, alcohol-free base with no added sugar.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Iron contributes to normal cognitive function and to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients

Per 15 ml (1 tablespoon): energy 40 kcal; carbohydrate 9 g; iron (ferrous bisglycinate chelate) 18 mg (129% NRV).

Other ingredients: vegetable glycerin, purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate (preservative), natural mixed berry flavour, xanthan gum.

Directions

Adults: 15 ml (1 tablespoon) a day, with or without food. Shake well; refrigerate after opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
