Life Extension Magnesium Caps provide 500 mg of magnesium per capsule from three forms – magnesium oxide, citrate and succinate.

Ingredients
Per capsule: magnesium (as magnesium oxide, citrate, succinate) 500 mg (133% NRV).
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. High-dose magnesium (500 mg per capsule, above the EFSA upper level of 250 mg/day from supplements) – may have a laxative effect; if this occurs reduce the dose. Do not use if you have kidney disease. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (e.g. antibiotics, bisphosphonates) or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
