Description

Holland & Barrett Multivitamins & Iron provides 13 vitamins at around 100% of the daily reference intake together with 14 mg of iron, in one daily tablet. Suitable for vegetarians.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and increases iron absorption.
Vitamins B6, B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per tablet: vitamin A 800 µg RE (100% NRV), vitamin D 5 µg (100%), vitamin E 12 mg α-TE (100%), vitamin K 75 µg (100%), vitamin B1 1.1 mg (100%), vitamin B2 1.4 mg (100%), niacin 16 mg NE (100%), pantothenic acid 6 mg (100%), vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100%), folic acid 200 µg (100%), vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100%), biotin 50 µg (100%), vitamin C 80 mg (100%), iron 14 mg (100%).

Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, L-ascorbic acid, ferrous fumarate, nicotinamide, D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, retinyl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, phytomenadione, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin.

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
