Description

EFX Sports Karbolyn Hydrate combines 25 g of Karbolyn® – a fast-absorbing complex carbohydrate from potato, rice and corn – with four electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus) for fuelling and hydrating during training and competition.

Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise.

Ingredients

Per scoop (29 g): energy 110 kcal; carbohydrate 27 g; Karbolyn® (homopolysaccharide from potato, rice and corn) 25 g; phosphorus (potassium, magnesium and sodium phosphate) 47 mg (7% NRV); magnesium (phosphate) 13 mg (3% NRV); sodium (phosphate) 15 mg; potassium (phosphate) 44 mg (2% NRV).

Other ingredients: citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, sucralose.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 500 ml of water. Drink 30 minutes before exercise, sip 1 serving during exercise and drink 1 serving afterwards.
