Applied Nutrition Endurance Isotonic Energy Gels are ready-to-eat carbohydrate gels for runners, cyclists and other endurance athletes. Each 60 g sachet provides 23.1 g of carbohydrate from maltodextrin in an isotonic consistency, with no sugars and about 96 kcal. They can be taken without water. This variety pack contains six gels in a mix of flavours. Every batch is Informed-Sport tested.

Ingredients
Per gel (60 g): energy 399 kJ / 95.5 kcal; fat 0 g, of which saturates 0 g; carbohydrate 23.1 g, of which sugars 0 g; protein 0 g; salt 0.01 g.
Ingredients: water, maltodextrin (33%), magnesium lactate, xanthan gum, acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate), natural flavouring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweetener (sucralose), sodium chloride.

Directions
Take 1–3 gels per hour during exercise. No water is needed, but stay well hydrated.
