Description
BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Kids' Bath Flakes are pure magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes (47% MgCl₂) for a relaxing bath or foot soak, blended with lavender oil and popping candy. Magnesium chloride from BetterYou is sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed deep beneath northern Europe, one of the purest sources of magnesium chloride. Applied to the skin, it offers a way to use magnesium without swallowing tablets. The popping candy fizzes in the water to make bath time fun.

Ingredients
Ingredients (INCI): Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, popping candy (sugar, glucose syrup, lactose [milk], carbon dioxide, cocoa butter), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Linalool.
Directions
Bath: dissolve 250 g (about 2 cups) in a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes; increase the amount for a more intensive soak. Footbath: dissolve 150 g (about 1 cup) in approx. 5 litres of warm water and soak the feet for 20 minutes. Recommended 2–3 times a week.
Warnings
For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. A slight tingling may occur on first use; stop use if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children; supervise children in the bath. Store in a cool, dry place.
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
