Description
BetterYou Magnesium Oil Original Spray is a pure solution of magnesium chloride in water – just two ingredients – for spraying and massaging into the skin. 10 sprays provide approx. 200 mg of magnesium. Magnesium chloride from BetterYou is sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed deep beneath northern Europe, one of the purest sources of magnesium chloride. Applied to the skin, it offers a way to use magnesium without swallowing tablets.

Ingredients (INCI): Aqua (Water), Magnesium Chloride.
Directions
Spray onto clean skin and massage in, ideally after showering or before bed. Adults: 10–20 sprays a day; children: half the amount.
Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and delicate areas. Do not apply to broken, damaged or irritated skin. A slight tingling sensation may occur on first use; stop use if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
