Aventus Magnesium Capsules provide 320 mg of magnesium per daily serving as Albion® TRAACS® buffered magnesium bisglycinate chelate – a gentle, well-absorbed form – in plain hypromellose capsules.

Per 2 capsules: magnesium (Albion® magnesium bisglycinate chelate buffered – TRAACS®: magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide) 320 mg (85% NRV).
Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule).

Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
