Description

Applied Nutrition ZMA combines magnesium (bisglycinate and citrate), zinc (bisglycinate and monomethionine) and vitamin B6 with KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract and AstraGin®. Vegan capsules, Halal certified.

Ingredients

Per 3 capsules: magnesium 330 mg (88% NRV); zinc 30 mg (300% NRV); vitamin B6 10.5 mg (750% NRV); KSM-66® ashwagandha 200 mg; AstraGin® (Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus extracts) 35 mg.

Other ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, capsule [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour (brilliant blue)], zinc bisglycinate, zinc monomethionine, pyridoxine hydrochloride, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Directions

Adults: 3 capsules a day, preferably before bed with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contains 30 mg zinc – above the tolerable upper intake level; do not use long term or combine with other zinc supplements without medical advice. Contains ashwagandha – not suitable for people with thyroid, liver or autoimmune conditions or taking sedatives, thyroid or immunosuppressive medication.
