Description

Allnutrition Carbo Multi Max is a carbohydrate powder based on maltodextrin (hydrolysed corn starch) with dextrose, for preparing an energy drink around training. Available flavoured (sweetened with sucralose) or neutral.

Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise (when consumed with suitable electrolytes).

Ingredients

Per 100 g: energy 1541 kJ / 368 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 92 g, of which sugars 14 g; protein 0 g; salt 0 g. Per 50 g serving: 184 kcal, 46 g carbohydrate.

Ingredients: maltodextrin (87%), dextrose (10%), flavouring*, acidity regulator: citric acid, thickener: guar gum, sweetener: sucralose* (*flavoured versions).

Directions

Mix 50 g (1 scoop) with 300 ml of lukewarm water and drink immediately, before, during or after training. Max. 2 servings a day.
