Description
Zein Pharma Coenzyme Q10 100 mg contains pure, plant-derived coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) produced by yeast fermentation. Coenzyme Q10 is present in the mitochondria of every cell, with the highest concentrations in organs with high energy turnover such as the heart, liver, kidneys and muscles; the body's own production declines with age. As it is fat-soluble, it is best taken with a meal containing some fat. The capsule can also be opened and the powder taken directly (note: it colours strongly). Zein Pharma develops and manufactures its supplements in its own facility in Nauheim, Germany, without magnesium stearate; batches are tested by independent German laboratories.

Adults: 1–2 capsules a day with water, ideally with a meal. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
