Description
NOW Foods CoQ10 200 mg provides a high dose of coenzyme Q10 in one vegetarian capsule a day. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like compound present in every cell, most concentrated in the heart, liver and kidneys, where it takes part in cellular energy production. The body makes less of it with age. NOW uses pharmaceutical-grade, all-trans CoQ10 produced by fermentation.

Ingredients
Per capsule: coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) 200 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
