Description

Swanson Vitamins A & D softgels provide vitamin A (from cod liver oil and retinyl palmitate) and vitamin D (from cod liver oil and cholecalciferol).

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, normal skin and the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
250 softgels per bottle

Ingredients

Per softgel: vitamin A 1,500 µg (188% NRV); vitamin D 10 µg (200% NRV).

Other ingredients: cod liver oil, vegetable oil (corn or soybean), gelatin, glycerin, purified water.

Allergens: contains fish (cod); may contain soy.

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
