Swanson Vitamin C with Rose Hips provides 1,000 mg of vitamin C as ascorbic acid together with 15 mg of rose hip 4:1 extract. Rose hips – the fruit of wild roses – are a traditional natural source of vitamin C in Northern Europe.

Directions
