NOW Foods Vitamin C-1000 capsules combine 1,000 mg of vitamin C with 100 mg of citrus bioflavonoids and rutin from the Japanese pagoda tree – in a vegetarian capsule that many people find easier to swallow than a large tablet.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth, to increased iron absorption and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 1,000 mg; citrus bioflavonoid complex 100 mg; rutin (from Sophora japonica flower bud) 25 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
