Swanson Veggies4Life is a blend of 15 powdered vegetables, green grasses and herbs – alfalfa, beetroot, broccoli, carrot, garlic, parsley, spinach, tomato, barley grass, cabbage, celery seed, kale, kelp, wheat grass and oregano – for a convenient addition to everyday eating.

Per 2 tablets: alfalfa leaf 100 mg; beetroot 100 mg; broccoli florets 100 mg; carrot root 100 mg; odour-controlled garlic (Allium sativum) 100 mg; parsley 100 mg; spinach 100 mg; tomato 100 mg; barley grass 50 mg; cabbage 50 mg; celery seed 50 mg; kale 50 mg; kelp 50 mg; wheat grass 50 mg; oregano 40 mg.
Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, silica, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, film coating.
Allergens: contains soy, wheat (gluten) and celery.
Directions
Adults: 2 tablets a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
