Description
Swanson Tri-Fiber Complex combines three fibre sources: psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata), oat bran and apple pectin, in convenient vegan capsules.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata) 750 mg; oat bran (Avena sativa) 710 mg; apple pectin 40 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), silica, magnesium stearate, rice flour.
Allergens: contains oats (gluten); may contain wheat.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules twice a day with a full glass (250 ml) of water. Always take with plenty of fluid; take medication at least 2 hours apart from this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
