Description
Swanson Taurine 1000 mg provides a full gram of pharmaceutical-grade AjiPure® taurine in one capsule. AjiPure® amino acids from Ajinomoto are pharmaceutical grade, made by fermentation from plant raw materials with 99–100% purity. Taurine is a sulphur-containing amino acid found in meat, fish and seafood and in high concentrations in the heart, muscles, retina and brain; vegetarian diets contain very little of it.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), calcium laurate, microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
