Swanson Garlic & Parsley combines 500:1 garlic oil concentrate (equivalent to 2,300 mg fresh garlic per serving) with parsley seed oil concentrate – traditionally paired to freshen breath – and wheat germ oil.

Ingredients

Per 2 softgels: garlic oil 500:1 (equivalent to 2,300 mg fresh garlic) 4.6 mg; parsley seed oil 2000:1 (equivalent to 220 mg fresh parsley) 110 µg; wheat germ oil 110 mg.

Other ingredients: soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, purified water, sodium copper chlorophyllin.

Allergens: contains wheat (gluten) and soy.

Directions

Adults: 2 softgels up to 3 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
