NOW Foods Saw Palmetto 320 mg provides a full daily amount of USPlus® saw palmetto berry extract (85–95% fatty acids) in one vegetarian softgel, with cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil. Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a low-growing palm native to the south-eastern United States. Its berries contain fatty acids, sterols and flavonoids and are among the best-known botanicals for men's health.

Ingredients
Per softgel: saw palmetto berry extract (Serenoa repens, USPlus®; 85–95% fatty acids) 320 mg; pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita pepo, cold-pressed) 80 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetarian softgel (modified corn starch, glycerin, carrageenan, water).
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
