Folate contributes to normal blood formation, to normal homocysteine metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
