Description

Swanson Folate Bioactive Form provides a moderate dose of folate as Quatrefolic® – the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, the active form that circulates in the blood and needs no conversion in the body.

Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
Folate contributes to normal blood formation, normal homocysteine metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate contributes to normal psychological function and the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients

Per capsule: folate (Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt, equivalent to 740 µg of 5-MTHF) 680 µg DFE.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
