Description

Swanson Evening Primrose Oil provides cold-processed OmegaTru® oil from the seeds of Oenothera biennis, typically containing 8–10% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) – an omega-6 fatty acid rare in ordinary foods. Evening primrose is a North American wildflower whose yellow blooms open at dusk.

500 mg per softgel, 100 softgels per bottle

Ingredients

Per 2 softgels: evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis, typically 8–10% GLA) 1 g; energy 10 kcal; fat 1 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water).

Directions

Adults: 2 softgels 2–3 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
