Description

Swanson Borage Oil provides 1 g of OmegaTru® borage seed oil (Borago officinalis), one of the most concentrated natural sources of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) – at least 190 mg per softgel, alongside 300 mg linoleic acid and 120 mg oleic acid.

Ingredients

Per softgel: OmegaTru® borage seed oil 1 g, providing min. linoleic acid (omega-6) 300 mg, gamma-linolenic acid (omega-6) 190 mg, oleic acid (omega-9) 120 mg; energy 10 kcal; fat 1 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water).

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel 1–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
