Swanson Aronia contains the dried fruit of black chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa), a shrub native to eastern North America and widely grown in Central and Eastern Europe. The tart, dark berries are rich in anthocyanins and other polyphenols.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
