Description

Swanson Albion Multi-Mineral with Iron is a broad-spectrum mineral formula based on Albion® amino acid chelates – calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and potassium – plus Ferrochel® iron and iodine from kelp. It is complemented by horsetail extract (natural silica), broken-cell-wall chlorella and digestive enzymes. Albion® (Balchem) mineral amino acid chelates bind the mineral to glycine, a form that is gentle on the stomach and well absorbed.

Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.
Calcium and magnesium are needed for the maintenance of normal bones.

Per 2 capsules: calcium (Albion® calcium bisglycinate, dicalcium phosphate) 150 mg; iron (Ferrochel® ferrous bisglycinate) 4 mg; phosphorus 27 mg; iodine (kelp) 200 µg; magnesium (Albion® magnesium lysinate glycinate) 30 mg; zinc (Albion® zinc bisglycinate) 15 mg; selenium (Albion® selenium glycinate) 200 µg; copper (Albion® copper bisglycinate) 50 µg; manganese (Albion® manganese bisglycinate) 0.56 mg; chromium (Albion® chromium nicotinate glycinate) 12 µg; molybdenum (Albion®) 12.5 µg; potassium (Albion® potassium glycinate) 72 mg; horsetail stem extract (Equisetum arvense, 7% silica) 62 mg; chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris, broken cell wall) 5 mg; amylase 3.32 mg; lipase 3.32 mg; protease 3.32 mg; vanadium (Albion®) 15 µg; boron (Albion® bororganic glycine) 4 µg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, citric acid, magnesium stearate.

Allergens: contains crustaceans (lobster, shrimp, crab).

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
