Description
Raw Fuel is a carbohydrate drink mix for endurance training: cane sugar, maltodextrin and fructose (a multiple-transportable carbohydrate blend) with sodium from salt and sodium citrate, and magnesium bisglycinate. One scoop provides 25 g of carbohydrate and 300 mg of sodium. Raw Nutrition products are Informed Sport tested.

Ingredients
Per scoop (27 g): energy 100 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 25 g, of which sugars 16 g; protein 0 g; salt 0.75 g (sodium 300 mg); chloride 240 mg (30% NRV); magnesium 5 mg (1% NRV).
Ingredients: cane sugar, maltodextrin, crystalline fructose, citric acid, sodium citrate, salt (sodium chloride), silicon dioxide, natural flavours, magnesium bisglycinate chelate, sweetener (steviol glycosides).

Directions
Mix 1 scoop (27 g) with 500–750 ml of water and sip before and during prolonged training (60–90 g of carbohydrate per hour may be used in long endurance events).
