Puritan's Pride CoQ10 100 mg provides coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) in soybean oil in a rapid-release softgel. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like compound produced by the body and present in every cell, with the highest concentrations in the heart, liver and kidneys; production declines with age and with statin use. Puritan's Pride has been making vitamins and supplements in the USA since 1973.

Per softgel: coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) 100 mg.
Other ingredients: soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, yellow beeswax, soy lecithin, annatto (colour).
Allergens: contains soy.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal containing fat. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
