Description

OstroVit Choline + Inositol combines choline (as choline bitartrate) and myo-inositol in one formula. Choline is a nutrient found in eggs, liver and soybeans; myo-inositol is the most common natural form of inositol, found in fruit, beans and grains.

Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism, the maintenance of normal liver function and normal homocysteine metabolism.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: choline bitartrate 300 mg; myo-inositol 300 mg.

Other ingredients: inulin, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions
