Osavi Multivitamins & Minerals Woman provides vitamins (including Quatrefolic® folate and methylcobalamin), minerals including iron as bisglycinate, choline, inositol, lutein and coenzyme Q10, plus plant extracts: shatavari root (Asparagus racemosus), dong quai root (Angelica sinensis), cranberry, trans-resveratrol and BioPerine®.

Vitamins C, D, A, B6, B12, folate, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamins B2, B6, B12, C, niacin, pantothenic acid, folate and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Biotin, niacin, riboflavin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin; zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

Directions

Adult women: 3 capsules a day after a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Riboflavin may colour the urine bright yellow.
