Description

NOW Foods Daily Vits™ is a one-tablet-a-day multivitamin with a full range of vitamins and minerals – including gentle Ferrochel™ iron and chelated Albion™ zinc, copper and manganese – plus lutein (FloraGLO®) and lycopene.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins C, D, B-6, B-12, folate, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetarian coating (hypromellose, stearic acid, sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil), silicon dioxide. Vitamin E from non-GMO soy (highly refined).

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet or 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

For adults only. Tablets contain iron – keep strictly out of reach of children; accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Biotin may interfere with some laboratory test results – tell your doctor you are taking it. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Capsules contain vitamin A (retinol) – consult a doctor before use during pregnancy.
