Nutrex Research is a Florida-based sports nutrition brand founded in 2002, best known for the Lipo-6 line. Nutrex Creatine + HMB combines 5 g of micronised creatine monohydrate with 1.5 g of calcium HMB, vitamin D and BioPerine® black pepper extract.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).
Vitamin D and calcium contribute to normal muscle function.

Ingredients

Per scoop (10 g): vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 15 µg / 600 IU (300% NRV); calcium (HMB) 200 mg (25% NRV); micronised creatine monohydrate 5000 mg; HMB (calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate) 1500 mg; BioPerine® black pepper extract (95% piperine) 5 mg.

Other ingredients (flavoured): natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, malic acid, sweetener (sucralose), silicon dioxide.

Allergens: none declared (made in a facility that processes milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, wheat and soy).

Directions

Adults: 1 scoop in 250–300 ml of water, 1–2 servings a day; on training days 30 minutes before or straight after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
