Description
NOW Foods Vitamin B-12 Complex Liquid provides 1,000 mcg of vitamin B-12 in just ¼ teaspoon, together with vitamin C, the other B vitamins (with flush-free niacin) and folic acid – in a pleasantly flavoured liquid sweetened with xylitol and stevia.
Vitamin B-12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal red blood cell formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Per ¼ teaspoon (about 1 ml): vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 20 mg; thiamin (B-1) 0.6 mg; riboflavin (B-2) 1.7 mg; niacin (as niacinamide) 20 mg; vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg; folate 340 mcg DFE (200 mcg folic acid); vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 1,000 mcg; pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate) 30 mg; stevia leaf extract 2 mg.
Other ingredients: deionised water, vegetable glycerin, xylitol, malic acid, natural flavours, potassium sorbate (preservative), ginger root, grapefruit fibre, cinnamon bark oil.
Directions
Shake well. Adults: ¼ teaspoon (about 1 ml) in the morning with a meal – hold in the mouth for 30 seconds, then swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Refrigerate after opening.
