NOW Foods Vitamin B-12 Liposomal Spray delivers 1,000 µg of vitamin B-12 in a liposomal formula sprayed under the tongue, together with folic acid, vitamin B-6 and TMG (betaine). Natural raspberry flavour, sweetened with fructose and stevia. A convenient choice for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients
Per spray (about 0.7 ml): vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 1,000 µg; folate 680 µg DFE (400 µg folic acid); vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine HCl) 5 mg; trimethylglycine (TMG, betaine) 100 mg.
Other ingredients: deionised water, fructose, natural raspberry flavour, citric acid, phospholipids (soy), organic stevia leaf extract, potassium sorbate (preservative).
Allergens: contains soy.
Directions
Adults: shake well. Spray once under the tongue, hold for 20 seconds, then swallow. 1 to 2 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
