Description
NOW Foods Vitamin B-100 Sustained Release provides the same high-strength B-complex as B-100 capsules, but in a tablet designed to release its vitamins gradually over several hours.
B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. Vitamins B-2, B-3, B-5, B-6, B-12 and folate also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- 100 mg / 100 mcg of each main B vitamin, 400 mcg folic acid
- Plus choline, inositol and PABA
Ingredients
Per tablet: thiamin (vitamin B-1, from thiamin HCl) 100 mg; riboflavin (vitamin B-2) 100 mg; niacin (as niacinamide) 100 mg; vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 100 mg; folate 680 mcg DFE (400 mcg folic acid); vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 100 mcg; biotin 100 mcg; pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate) 100 mg; choline (from choline bitartrate) 35 mg; inositol 100 mg; PABA 10 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetarian coating, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
