Description
NOW Foods Ubiquinol CoQH-CF™ delivers 50 mg of ubiquinol per softgel in a solubilised formula with d-limonene from citrus peel and medium-chain fatty acids. Ubiquinol is the reduced, active form of coenzyme Q10 – the form that circulates in the body. NOW uses Kaneka Ubiquinol™, produced by fermentation.

Ingredients
Per softgel: ubiquinol (Kaneka Ubiquinol™, reduced CoQ10) 50 mg.
Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel colour), d-limonene, caprylic acid, capric acid, alpha lipoic acid.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
