NOW Foods Saffron contains whole powdered saffron stigmas (Crocus sativus) – not an extract – standardised to at least 10% crocins, the pigments that give saffron its colour. Saffron, the world's most precious spice, is increasingly studied in relation to mood and relaxation.

Per capsule: saffron stigma (Crocus sativus; min. 10% crocins) 50 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
