Description
Niacinamide (nicotinamide) is a form of vitamin B-3 that, unlike nicotinic acid, does not cause the warm skin 'flush' associated with high doses of niacin. The body converts it into NAD+ and related coenzymes used in energy production.
Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function, to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions
