NOW Foods Methyl B-12 5000 mcg pairs a high dose of vitamin B-12 as methylcobalamin with folate as Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-MTHF – both in the active forms the body uses directly. The lozenge can be chewed or left to dissolve in the mouth.

Vitamin B-12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal red blood cell formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate contributes to normal blood formation, to normal homocysteine metabolism and to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.

Ingredients

Per lozenge: folate 680 mcg DFE (400 mcg (6S)-5-MTHF, from Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt); vitamin B-12 (as methylcobalamin) 5,000 mcg.

Other ingredients: xylitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural flavours, organic stevia leaf extract, organic monk fruit extract.

Directions

Adults: 1 lozenge a day with a meal – chew it or let it dissolve in the mouth, then swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
