Description

NOW Foods Lecithin softgels contain non-GMO soy lecithin. Lecithin is a natural mixture of phospholipids – mainly phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylethanolamine – that acts as an emulsifier, helping fats to disperse in water. Phosphatidylcholine is also a source of choline.

Ingredients

Per 3 softgels: non-GMO soy lecithin 3,600 mg, providing phosphatidylcholine 500 mg; energy 30 kcal; fat 2.5 g, of which saturates 1 g, polyunsaturates 2 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), non-GMO soybean oil.

Allergens: contains soy.

Directions
