NOW Foods L-Histidine provides 600 mg of the essential amino acid L-histidine – the body's precursor of histamine and carnosine, involved in many processes including skin, muscle and nervous system function.

Ingredients
Per capsule: L-histidine (from 833 mg L-histidine HCl) 600 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
