Description

NOW Foods L-Carnitine 500 mg offers flexible dosing: one to three capsules a day. It contains Carnipure®, a high-purity L-carnitine made without animal ingredients, as L-carnitine tartrate – a stable form that does not absorb moisture the way pure carnitine does.

L-carnitine carries fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are used for energy. Food sources are mainly red meat and other animal products.

Ingredients

Per capsule: L-carnitine (Carnipure®, from 746 mg L-carnitine tartrate) 500 mg.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
