NOW Foods Female Balance™ combines herbs traditionally used by women – wild yam, chaste berry (vitex), organic dong quai, ginger and black cohosh – with vitamin B-6 (as P-5-P) and active folate (Quatrefolic®).

Vitamin B-6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate contributes to normal psychological function.

Ingredients

Per capsule: organic dong quai root (Angelica sinensis) 100 mg; wild yam root (Dioscorea villosa) 75 mg; chaste berry fruit extract (Vitex agnus-castus, min. 0.5% agnusides); ginger root extract 50 mg; black cohosh root extract (Actaea racemosa) 10 mg; vitamin B-6 (as P-5-P) 5 mg; folate 340 µg DFE (200 µg (6S)-5-MTHF, Quatrefolic®).

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), maltodextrin, rice flour, ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
