Description

NOW Foods Cider Vinegar is a diet formula built on apple cider vinegar powder, with glucomannan (konjac root fibre), soy lecithin, organic kelp, grapefruit fibre, vitamin B-6 and chromium. Take it with plenty of water, alongside a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise. Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting sweet apple cider and has been used in cooking for over 2,000 years. In capsule form you get it without the sharp taste and without exposing teeth to the acid.

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: apple cider vinegar powder 500 mg; soy lecithin 200 mg; glucomannan (konjac root, Amorphophallus konjac) 100 mg; grapefruit fibre 30 mg; organic kelp (Laminaria spp.) 20 mg; vitamin B-6 7 mg; chromium (Albion™ nicotinate glycinate) 200 µg.

Other ingredients: maltodextrin, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Allergens: contains soy.

Directions

Adults: 1 to 2 capsules once or twice a day with food and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
