Description
NOW Foods Calcium Carbonate is one of the most concentrated sources of calcium – about 40% elemental calcium by weight. Pure powder with nothing added; mixes best into thicker juices such as tomato or orange juice.
Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.

Directions
Adults: ½ level teaspoon a day, preferably with a meal, mixed into juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
