Description

NOW Foods Black Currant Oil Double Strength contains twice as much oil per softgel as the 500 mg version: expeller-pressed, hexane-free blackcurrant seed oil (Ribes nigrum) with 14% GLA. Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid found preformed in only a few seed oils; blackcurrant oil also provides the omega-3 ALA.

Ingredients

Per softgel: blackcurrant seed oil (Ribes nigrum) 1,000 mg, providing GLA 140 mg (14%) and ALA 104 mg; energy 10 kcal; fat 1 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water).

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
