Description

NOW Foods Acacia Fiber is certified organic gum from the sap of acacia trees (Acacia senegal / Acacia seyal) – a gentle, highly soluble fibre that dissolves easily in water or juice without thickening it. It feeds beneficial gut bacteria and is generally well tolerated for daily use.

Ingredients

Per level tablespoon (about 6.5 g): organic acacia gum powder (Acacia senegal/Acacia seyal) 6,500 mg; energy 25 kcal; carbohydrate 6 g, of which fibre 6 g (soluble).

Directions

Adults: mix 1 level tablespoon a day into at least 240 ml of water or juice and drink plenty of fluids during the day. If sensitive to fibre, start with 1 teaspoon and increase gradually. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
