Description

Naughty Boy® Hydramind builds on the Naughty Boy® Hydration formula – electrolytes (potassium, MGUltra4® magnesium complex, sodium, chloride, calcium), selenium, taurine, creatine and MitoReds® fruit and vegetable blend with ergothioneine – and adds Cognizin® citicoline (CDP-choline), uridine monophosphate and tiger milk mushroom (Lignosus rhinocerus) extract. Sugar-free, sweetened with stevia.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Per 9.4 g scoop: taurine 1500 mg; potassium citrate 1400 mg; creatine monohydrate 1000 mg; MGUltra4® magnesium complex 600 mg (magnesium bisglycinate, taurate, malate, citrate 150 mg each); tiger milk mushroom (Lignosus rhinocerus sclerotium, 50% beta-glucan) extract 300 mg; Cognizin® citicoline 250 mg; sodium citrate 238 mg; uridine monophosphate 200 mg; pink Himalayan salt 200 mg; MitoReds® 200 mg (beetroot, carrot, jujube, tomato, pomegranate, hawthorn, goji, maqui, berries, tart cherry, elderberry, açaí, papaya, pineapple, grape skin and seed, citrus, apple, pear, watermelon, camu camu, plum, MitoPrime® ergothioneine). Providing: potassium 448 mg (22% NRV); magnesium 74 mg (20% NRV); chloride 196 mg (25% NRV); sodium 112 mg; calcium 80 mg (10% NRV); selenium 55 µg (100% NRV).

Directions

Adults: 1 scoop (9.4 g) a day mixed with 400 ml of cold water, at the gym or during the working day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
