Life Extension Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin provides 500 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin – a coenzyme form of B12 – in a strawberry-flavoured lozenge that dissolves in the mouth. B12 occurs naturally almost only in animal foods.

Ingredients
Per lozenge: vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 500 µg (20000% NRV).
Other ingredients: mannitol, sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate, croscarmellose sodium, natural strawberry flavour.
Directions
Adults: dissolve 1 lozenge in the mouth once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
